Why?
What We’re Doing
1. Linking local producers with those in need
We're creating a bridge between:
- Farmers, markets, and food distributors
- Children’s homes, residential care centres, soup kitchens, and charities
Why?
Because while surplus food is wasted daily, many families and individuals go without. We believe no good food should go to waste when there is still hunger on the island.
2. Launching a mobile delivery network
We are developing a mobile van service that collects unsold but edible food and delivers it across the island to where it’s needed most - while also offering access to local produce at fair prices in rural and urban communities.
3. Eco-Education & local business engagement
We’re working with local businesses to:
Encourage eco-conscious practices
Introduce reduction targets for waste
Foster a culture of community care and sustainability
Our Goals
- Establish a registered association (asociación sin ánimo de lucro) in Lanzarote
- Build partnerships with local councils, co-operatives, and social services.
- Launch our first delivery routes by 2026

We are currently laying the foundations for a non-profit association in Lanzarote that will reduce food waste, connect local producers with care homes and charities, and build a sustainable food delivery network across the island.
